Introduction to fish filleting

Here at SoleShare, we don't just want to supply you with spanking fresh fish. We want you to try new things, develop new skills and meet like minded people.
We know preparing fish can be seem daunting at first, it's one of the few animals you'll put in the oven with it's head still on. But once you know a few simple tricks, cooking and preparing fish is a doddle. So to make sure all our members feel comfortable with the kind of things we'll be supplying each week we run a series of hands-on workshops throughout the year.
On our fish skills workshop, you'll learn to clean, gut and fillet round fish (things like mackerel) and flatfish (things like sole). At the end of the session you'll have practiced your skills on several fish and you'll head home with your gleaming fillets too. Dinner sorted!
All fish, knives & equipment provided.
