A limited selection of smoked fish (mackerel, kippers, haddock) or shellfish (oysters, mussels, crab) may be included in this share. Our convenient filleted fish option. The majority of fish will come filleted. Any fish unsuitable for filleting (e.g Dover sole, ray, huss) will be fully prepared (e.g skinned) & ready to cook. Shares will come packed and labelled.
